For optimal use, please gently tap to fully fluff up or put them in the dryer for 5-10 minutes to get it back to its normal full fluffy shape or EXPOSURE in the sun for 1 day to regain fluffy. If you have any problem with receiving the pillow inserts，we are happy to help you solve it.

We are committed to quick and efficient shipping. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) ship the same day, and before 10:00 AM on Fridays. We primarily use UPS but may choose alternative carriers. We ship to all 48 contiguous states, with additional charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes. International shipping is available upon request. All orders come with tracking information once processed.
Returns and Refund
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. To start, contact us at info@shopstocked.com for instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Return shipping is covered for eligible items, except for wheelchairs, which require customer responsibility unless damaged or incorrect. International orders are not eligible for returns.
