Q1: What kind of products do you sell?
Ans: We sell liquidation and return merchandise from major retailers and third-party sellers. Most items are new, open box, overstock, or customer returns.
Q2: What does “open box” mean?
Ans: Open box means the product itself is new, but the packaging may have been opened, worn, or damaged.
Q3: Are the items tested?
Ans: Items are inspected during processing to make sure they are in good condition, but not every unit is fully tested.
Q4: Are your products authentic?
Ans: Yes. We do not sell knockoffs or counterfeit products.
Q5: Why are your prices so low?
Ans: We buy in bulk directly from liquidation sources at a discount and pass the savings on. We focus on volume and repeat customers.
Q6: Do you offer returns?
Ans: Yes. We offer free 30-day returns. If there’s an issue, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can send it back for a full refund.
Q7: Do you have multiple quantities of items?
Ans: Sometimes. Many items are one-off liquidation units, but we do occasionally have multiple quantities available.

Q8: How fast do you ship?
Ans: Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day.
Q9: Do you offer free shipping?
Ans: Yes, most items include free shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
Q10: Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Ans: We ship in bulk pickups, so packages are often scanned at the carrier hub rather than at our warehouse. Tracking may take some time to update.
Q11: My package says delivered but I don’t have it, what should I do?
Ans: Check with neighbors and your local carrier first. In many cases, the driver can help locate it quickly.
Q12: Do you ship internationally?
Ans: Yes. If you're outside the U.S., reach out with the item you want and your full shipping address, and we’ll provide a shipping quote.
Q13: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes?
Ans: Some items may have restrictions or additional costs due to size or weight.

Q14: Will the item look brand new?
Ans: Please refer to the condition listed on the product page. Most items are listed as new or open box. Open box items are typically new products with packaging that may be opened or slightly damaged.
Q15: Are all parts included?
Ans: Most items include all original parts. Since these are liquidation and return items, there may occasionally be something missing.
Q16: Why does the box look worn or taped?
Ans: Many items have been previously shipped or returned. In some cases, we reinforce packaging to make sure it arrives safely.
Q17: Do you use stock photos or real photos?
Ans: We often use real photos of the actual item, especially for one-off products. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing.

Ans: Yes. We sell pallets of liquidation merchandise directly to resellers.
Q19: What kind of products are in your pallets?
Ans: A mix of customer returns, overstock, and shelf pulls. Categories vary but often include home goods, electronics, tools, and general merchandise.
Q20: Can I come in person to buy pallets?
Ans: Yes. You can come check out inventory and pick up directly.

Ans: Monday–Thursday: 9–5
Friday: 9–3

Q23: Are pallets worth it?
Ans: If you’re a reseller, they’re priced to leave room for profit. Many of our buyers come back and purchase consistently.
Q24: Can I choose my pallet?
Ans: Yes, depending on availability.
Q25: Do you get inventory regularly?
Ans: Yes. We receive new loads consistently every week.
