Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Most items include free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. On Fridays the cutoff is 10:00 AM ET. Orders after cutoff ship the next business day (typically Monday). Most orders leave within 1 business day.
Which carriers do you use?
Most orders ship via UPS. We may use an alternative carrier based on size, weight, and destination. Larger packages typically go UPS.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes?
We ship to all 48 contiguous states. Extra charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes. Larger items often cannot ship to those destinations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, upon request. Email us the item and your full shipping address and we will quote international shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order includes a tracking number once the shipment is processed. Bulk pickups are often first scanned at the carrier hub, so tracking can take a little time to update.
Can I pick up at the warehouse?
Yes. Visit 1863 Lakewood Rd, Unit 2, Toms River, NJ 08755 during warehouse hours. Call ahead for large pallet orders so we can have inventory ready.
What are warehouse hours?
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Limited hours — please reach out first.
