- MEASURING DIRECTIONS - All measurements are based on the size of your cast or bandage, not the injured body part. Measure length along the pinky side of the cast from one end to the other. Measure circumference around cast at widest point (usually forearm or bicep).
- MEASURE TWICE AND ORDER ONCE to avoid disappointment and the hassle of exchanges or returns. Size should be determined by careful measurement, not the age of the user. These covers are for standard arm casts only. If your thumb or fingers are casted, or you have had surgery with pins, you'll need a different product.
Shipping Details
We are committed to quick and efficient shipping. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) ship the same day, and before 10:00 AM on Fridays. We primarily use UPS but may choose alternative carriers. We ship to all 48 contiguous states, with additional charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes. International shipping is available upon request. All orders come with tracking information once processed.
Returns and Refund
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. To start, contact us at info@shopstocked.com for instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Return shipping is covered for eligible items, except for wheelchairs, which require customer responsibility unless damaged or incorrect. International orders are not eligible for returns.
