Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition:
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Process:
To start a return, contact us at info@shopstocked.com. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are covered by the seller for all eligible items, except for wheelchairs due to high shipping costs. For wheelchairs, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

International Orders:
We currently do not accept returns or refunds for international orders. Returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the United States.
